Am I right?
You got it ace. Its a typical french dish called "Boudin Noir" which is blood sausage. Its very often served well in the Antilles. Its super delicious and even better with mustard. I thought this pair was funny cause they made them look like elephant D_cks but I guess i'm the only one who knows what that looks like ;-)
