Asian Fusion is Super Annoying. (The Foundation Lounge, Boston)

The drinks: As soon as I discovered they had Grey Goose Pear I only had GGP and tonic all night, so yeah they had my favorite drink--fantastic.

The food: Asian fusion bar nibbles--poorly executed crab rangoon, mildy edible vegetable maki, pretty good spicy double tuna maki, forgetable shumai, and skip the salmon bruschetta. And who knew bruschetta, crab rangoon and shumai were "high concept Japanese snacks"? I should've just stuck to the GGP&Ts. Bar is good, but don't go for the food or to meet any hotties.

Crazy town. (The Bourgeois Pig NYC)

Ok I went here for A drink because Death and Co wanted me to wait for something to open up. I arrived to this empty bar and was immediately greeted by a weirdo in his dead great grandfather's antique three piece suit. He creeped me out but in a fun interesting way. The place was dimly lit and he offered me a seat anywhere but the giant couches. He was overly polite and very knowledgeable of the beer and wine list. I drank for about 5 minutes before Death and Co called me to head on over so I was kinda pleased to pay the bill and get the heck out of crazy town with mayor creepy-dude. I recommend this place for a good laugh because it really is a trippy place. And apparently this place is supposed to have food but it didn't. Doesn't even have a kitchen. Maybe the west side location has fondue.
