This tiny French-Thai fusion place in the east village trips me out. Its so small you practically sit on top of your neighbor (extra-fun if she is Adriana Lima). Its loud and they play eclectic music list of the bartenders choosing. This place trips trips me out because even though its cramped and kind of uncomfortable and loud its ALWAYS packed. This place serves dinner till about midnight on weekends and its a great little spot for your late night eats when around. The best things on the menu are the fish. I had salmon with spicy thai salad that was really good and sweet and spicy. My friend had skate fish which was better than mine, which made me jealous and angry. Good thing she shared. I had some kind of lime tart for dessert and that was like the best key lime pie i ever ate. But, it wasn't the tea leaf tiramisu which I really wanted since they were sold out... I really wantedd to try tea leaf tiramisu. The meal was fairly expensive but still reasonable. And don't think I didn't try their spring rolls, those were the best spring rolls I ate in a while. They came with lettuce and mint leaves like they should. SOOOOO YUMMY. I recommend this place if your in the hood but wouldn't make a detour for it.
